What if I need to reschedule a clean?
We understand that plans can change and you may need to reschedule your cleaning — that’s completely fine. Just please provide at least 2 business days’ notice before your appointment, and we’ll gladly work with you to adjust your schedule.
If we receive less than 2 business days’ notice, or if we’re unable to access your home at the scheduled time, Magiclean will charge 50% of the scheduled cleaning cost.
For any cancellations or rescheduling requests, please contact your local Magiclean office manager directly, rather than your cleaning professional.
Billing and pricing

Accepted payments
We accept payments in cash, checks, credit cards, debit cards, and Zelle transfers.
Cancellation policy
Our cancellation policy states that you must contact us two days in advance, otherwise a charge of 50% of the total cleaning fee will be applied.
Satisfaction guaranteed
At Magiclean, we strive to guarantee 100% satisfaction with your cleaning. Magiclean does not offer refunds after the work is completed, but if you have a complaint, we will gladly do our best to resolve it. If any area needs to be recleaned, we will do so; simply contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning.
